Tamper evident S32
The Tamper evident system was created for the application of tamper evident seals on the opening flaps of pharmaceutical cases.
Immediately after the application of the stamp (tamper-evident), two sensors control its correct application on the case: a waste system ensures that the latter is expelled from the line, if it is not correctly processed.
The format change is very simple and fast: a series of position indicators indicates the correct adjustment of the system at the mechanical level; the settings of the various formats can be recalled from time to time from the operator panel.
Consensus management allows the system to be paired with any upstream and downstream machines.
Track and Trace S13
The system is designed to label, print and check data such as batch, expiry date, production date, serial number, CIP13, DataMatrix etc., on cartons used in the pharma industry.
Good print quality is ensured even with very deep cartons. Cases with a narrow base and a high height are also correctly processed, without deforming the carton. The machine can easily adapt to different sizes. Set-ups can be done within 5-15 minutes.
The machine checks for the presence and position of labels on every carton. It also verifies the quality of printing. All non conformed cartons are discarded before entering the machine downstream.
The strong point of this machine is the software - the SiroMarKontrol - capable of managing, with a single and simple interface, the inkjet marker, the vision systems and the stamping machine. The software is able to receive variable data (batch, exp. date, etc.) from the touch-screen, from the external keyboard or from a manual reader.
